Concrete Plus is hiring Senior IT Support Engineer to join IT team .
Job Summary :
• Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, network printer, email, internet problems.
• Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Provide onsite and remote helpdesk support to end-user.
• The track, update and maintain helpdesk tickets using internal helpdesk software
Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
Job requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• knowledge in the administration for MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge in switches and routers
• Knowledge in Fortigate (FW-SW-AP), Windows server (2016 – 2019), Veeam (Backup – monitor), Hyper V, Windows server Hyper V, Manage engine, CPanel email hosting, attendance server, Kaspersky server
• Preferable to have CCNA, MCP or MCTS certifications.
• ERP system (Odoo) knowledge is plus
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Multitasking / able to manage frequent sites
