Summary
He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans & growth targets our target Duty
•Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
•Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals
•Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
•Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Conduct professional presentations on products and service solutions to potential customers; present customer needs
Job Requirements
•BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field •Strong business sense and FMCG (Life Stock – Beef) industry expertise
•Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
•Experience: not less than 8 years and also have an experience to create sales department from scratch
