Edita Food Industries located in Bani Suef is currently hiring “Production Engineer“
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards
2. Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis) and put corrective actions accordingly
3. Manages production process per line and prepare production schedules and allocates manpower on different functions on the production lines.
4. Coordinates with the maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance plans so as not to disturb production targets and highlights preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.
5. Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan.
6. Monitors waste rates & analyze root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
Job Requirements:
Bani Suif Resident is a MUST
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Production
Experience: 2-3 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Good command of English language
