A) Warehouses Management

• Planning and organizing the work flow in all warehouses of different kinds such as raw materials, work in process, spare parts and final products.
• Responsible for designing all processes and procedures of the warehouses department in coordination with Operations, finance, QA and HSE departments.
• Setting the required weekly/monthly storing plans, training and guiding the warehouses` staff on them and following up on the execution.
• Responsible for the discipline of the documentation cycle across all the warehouses, train the warehouse staff on it, assure the proper execution and issue all the required warehouse reports to the top management.
• Responsible for the correctness of the stock taking process, adhere to the agreed upon dates of stock taking processes and being accountable for its results.
• Responsible for calculating the storage/Cost efficiencies of all operating warehouses either owned or rented by the company.
• Responsible for the continuous sourcing process of the needed warehouses, negotiate the rental prices and terms of rental agreements.

B) Logistics Management

• Design the delivery processes and streamline these processes and procedures to ensure each customer gets the same great experience
• Oversee employees in different stages of the delivery process, even though they may not be your direct report. Hold all service departments and employees within these teams accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks.
• Create Cost Effective System through finding solutions to reduce costs without affecting the operations smoothness, and use continuous improvement to remove unnecessary steps in the process.
• Look after the fleet operations and monitor the fleet cost and maintenance requirements.
