About the Job
  • Conducting all Social Insurance documents, such as Form 1, 2 and 6.
  • Responsible for employment contracts and resignations procedures.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the personnel.
  • Receiving all attendance-related documents, such as leaves requests, missions requests, etc.
  • Keeping all employees’ documents in their files and making sure they are all complete.
  • Preparing monthly payroll sheet.
  • Handling labor office documents.
  • Receiving employees’ complaints in relation to their monthly pays.
  • Handling bank communications in relation to the employees monthly pay.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance is must
  • HR certificate is a plus
  • Attention to details
  • Very organized
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Fluent English
  • High customer service skills
  • Males only
