Position: HR Specialist
Location: 6th of October City
Main job description:
• Recruitment – Hiring processes: Create pools of qualified candidates through social media channels and referrals and ensure that hiring process is adhered to AUG procedures.
• Recruitment – Resignation processes: Ensure that the resignation process is adhered to AUG procedures in coordination with administration team
• Employment fairs & internship program: Arrange & participate in different employment fairs that support our internship program with coordination of the Recruitment Specialist
• Orientation & induction: Develop & maintain new employee orientation & induction program with coordination of the Recruitment Specialist
• Job Descriptions & employment contracts: Develop & maintain JDs & employment contracts
Minimum job requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years doing the same job description
• Special skills: Excellent in English, excellent user of MS applications, wide knowledge of labor law & social insurance regulations
• Certifications & licenses: HR certificate is a plus
