• Developing and managing HR plans and budgets.
• Administering all HR activities including recruitment, Personnel, Organization Development, and payroll
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures, employees full understanding of the same.
• Conducting the Recruitment Interviews, shortlisting the potential candidates for final HR and Hiring Manager Assessment.
• Participate in implementation of performance management system through all its phases.
• Participate in the Personnel issue regarding the hiring process, registering employees’ data and status, attendance record keeping, employees’ files etc.
• HR development projects regarding updating company Organization Charts, policies and procedures, Job Descriptions.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent Command of English Language
• Solid experience in recruitment, Personnel, Compensation & Benefits, and OD
• Problem Solving skills
• Excellent Acknowledgment of the Egyptian labor law
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidentiality undertaking
