About the Job
- Preparing Project Master Baselines (Time, Resources, and Cost).
- Preparing Project Targets on Monthly & Weekly basis.
- Preparing monthly and weekly progress reports.
- Updating, monitoring & controlling site status as per schedule.
- Creating revised baseline schedule with time extension claim.
- Coordinates project control and reporting activity with the management team to meet objective.
- Overall study of the project and all its details and its own cost.
- Cash flow diagrams provision with S-Curve.
- Preparing cost break down for new tenders and variation orders
- Monitor and control for cost running projects
- Helping in prepare technical submission for new tenders
Job Requirements
- Experience in sewage and water infrastructure is highly preferable – (Pipe networks (gravity and pressured /Water pump station / sewage pump station /water and sewage Treatment Plants)
- Smart, motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent work ethic and discipline
- Have a relevant degree in this field
- Strong work experience
