About the Job

We’re looking for a Web Development Team lead to join our growing team!
Our ideal candidate for this position has experience with the entire software development life cycle. If you are passionate about delivering the most performance and scalable products by leveraging the right technology to bring the most value, let’s discuss.

Responsibilities:

Help build our team by recruiting new top talent
Work with project managers on estimating the feasibility and complexity of new products/features
Design the architecture of new products/features autonomously or with an architect
Provide best practices and make sure they are respected
Provide daily support to team members on the ongoing development

Job Requirements

Requirements:

7+ years of development experience
2+ years of development team leading experience
Excellent knowledge of web development best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
Agile practitioner and advocate
Experience designing a highly scalable system
You’re excited to take on the responsibility of growing the team with new members
Helping people get better at their jobs makes you happy
You’re excited to work in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding startup environment
Portfolio, GitHub (or another open-source account), list of published works is a plus
High level working English is required
