Requirements
• 5+ years of experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Consumer segments, Pricing, customer insights
• Solid analytical skills “Very good with numbers”
Job Description
• Managing the Postpaid calendar of launches effectively, aligning and getting commitment from all related company departments (cross-functional management role)
• Identifying opportunities of upselling and cross selling different value drivers through inbound and outbound communication channels
• Ongoing enhancement of postpaid customer experience to ensure better NPS vs competition
• Researching different propositions to ensure it suit our focus segments needs and that the proposition delivers on the post-paid brand essence
