One of the biggest International FMCG Companies in Egypt is looking to hire Group HR Manager
Requirements:-
● Experience: Must have 10+ years of HR experience (FMCG Sector preferred).
● Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (with a focus in HR), or a degree & PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP or HR certificate. This is an absolute requirement. (Certification and/or degree/major or concentration in HR).
● Computer Skills: Strong computer skills are needed.
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
● Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development.
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
● Business Acumen: An understanding of how HR contributes to overall business goals/strategies.
