  • Active engagement with other developers and users and clarify questions related to the Cyber Security Services, implementation details, and deployment
  • Aligned with the customer business objectives
  • Design Solution according to the customer needs and plan
  • Understands and can articulate the technical merits and value of Cyber Security
Job Requirements
  • Must have a working experience of Architecture, designing, building solution on Cyber Security
  • Has minimum experience for Establishing communication with business and government organizations in response to their inbound requests
  • Having a dialogue to understand their requirements and communicate how our solutions can help them
  • Providing world-class pre-sales support (e.g. Technical Q&A, WebEx Demos, etc.) to them
  • Facilitating a complimentary and fully-supported software trial experience for them
  • Helping them understand our licensing model and delivering price quotes upon request
  • Eventually, helping them acquire a license of our unique, high-value solutions to fulfill their needs
  • Maintaining communication as their post-sales point-of-contact (POC) for any assistance they might require
  • As core input. Ability to build and demonstrate end to end security solution
  • Translate customer demands to a proposed solution
  • Run POCs and Build technical response to RFP
  • CEH (Certified ethical hacker.
  • CISM Certified Information Security Manager)
