Title : DCS Utilities Shift supervisor
Experience : 2-4 years

Day- to-day Operations
· Supervises the day-to-day operations of Utilities to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
· Maintain high standards of work in utility systems as directed shift Manager in order to ensure continuous operation.
· Carry out regular inspection on the boilers, turbine, demi & effluent observing operations in order to identify any potential operation problems.
· Check the Utility system status on VDU regularly by checking the UCR control room in order to identifying any potential leakage.
· Calibrate the PH & TDS devices on shift basis and take samples to Q.C laboratory to double check in order to give correct order to adjust the chemical dosing.
· Ensure the all Utility consumption rate is normal in order to avoid any break down or accidents.
· Apply utility system start up after shutdown as per the standard conditions in order to avoid any break down.
· Maintain all the required log books in order to keep tracking of the performance.
