Costing Assistant Manager is needed in Emaar:
with the following job responsibilities :
-Account abilities includes that status of all ongoing projects in terms of costs and time variances are monitored and reported giving details of percentage of completion and the estimated final costs. Also involves reviewing the project budgets and contract price adjustments prior to approval.
-Account-abilities includes that payments are released to suppliers, contractors, employees and customers as per the policies and authority matrix.
-Coordinating with external auditors and MIS team for finalization of accounts by providing cost related information for revenue recognition.
Qualification: Graduated from Finance dep. Professionally qualified chartered / cost accountant with 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate field.
