requirements for each job by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Responsible for coordinating all management interviews final interviews and external assessments. Responsible for employee’s relocation and retention offers in coordination with concerned managers. Responsible for hiring both white and blue collars for the plant Help with any other related administrative duties. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any relevant field. 3+ years of experience in the recruitment field. Good command of the English language. Good knowledge of MS Word Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills. Good presentation skills.
