• We are hiring HR specialist to manage the overall activities of Human Resources policies procedures and strategic planning for a company. • Full-time job work hours from 9 till 5 pm and 6 days per week . Job responsible • Development and management of Human Resources Department • Coordinates all departments training programs • implement the performance management system and execute it monthly • Establishes the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire. • Interviews management and executive position candidates. • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.

• Establishes the company salary structure within the company including bonuses and raises. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Equivalent. • Certification in HR Administration • 0-2 years of HR Administration work experience at medium to large company. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Effectively communicates thoughts ideas information and message in writing or verbally. • Good reporting and presentation skills. • Good knowledge in computer skills . • English required . • Preferred near to Maadi . >>>>>>>> Please send your cv to hr@see-egy.com mail subject Hr position.
