“HR. Assistant Manager” is urgently required for one of the leading Collection Agency in Egypt Located in Heliopolis
Job responsibility:
1. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
2. Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
3. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
4. Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
5. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department.
6. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

7. Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary.
8. Conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget) , analyzes compensation , monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
9. Planning, and sometimes delivering, training – including inductions for new staff.
10. Interpreting and advising on employment law.
11. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
12. Preparing staff handbooks.
13. Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
14. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
15. Recruitment & retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
16. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Qualifications:
1. HR. Diploma.
2. 5+ years of experience in Human Resource (HR) position.
3. Representative.
4. Excellent Command of English
