Fawry is currently Hiring ” Trade Finance Follow-Up Specialist”

Job Duties:

• Responsible for conducting the outgoing calls to the Trade Finance customers

• Responsible for informing the customers of the outstanding debts and due dates

• Responsible for persuading the customers to pay their debts

• Following-up with the customers for payment collection

• Maintaining and updating the database regulary

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.

• Years of Experience: 1-2 years , preferably in Telecom Operators or massive hiring “Call Center”

• Good command of English

• Good in communication & negotiation skills
