Client Services Representative US Cancer Diagnostic Laboratory is hiring for the following positions located in Masr El Gededa/Heliopolis Client Services Representative Job Duties: 1) Assist clients with their inquiry or request. 2) Assist in administrative work such as scheduling and tracking incoming specimens retrieving required information from clients etc. 3) Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
4) Maintains database by entering verifying and backing up data. 5) Handle phone lines. 6) Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. 7) Maintains quality service by following organization standards. 😎 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
