Bachelor degree.
A successful and proven sales history especially in brokerage field.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Self-Motivated.
Presentable & preferably owns a car.
Job Description:
Prospect new leads and manage company leads.
Study market and prospect new projects.
Rent, buy or sell property for clients.
Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
