PepsiCo is Hiring Facilities Specialists at Chipsy Farms (Awawinat & El Dabaa)
Accountabilities:
1.Supervise and plan facilities services such as housekeeping, catering, courier, uniform,
waste disposal, gardening, printings, stationary, water, electricity, gas, telephones…etc.
2.Supervise and control plant annual operating facilities services plan.
3.Managing the day to day housekeeping within the plant.
4.Provide office supplies.
5.Implement Asset management and transfers.
6.Maintain proper transportation shuttle bus management.
7.Supervise Travel logistics through carpool, service cars and car renting, assuring that all Travel & Expenses local transportation requests are according to Travel & Expenses Policy.
8.Implement Telecommunication infrastructure and mobile telecommunication and modems in accordance with the Benefits Policy.
9.Ensure Archiving services are implemented properly.
10. Ensure emergency cars are in service.
Skills:
1. University degree.
2. 0: 2 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Previous experience of facilities
management.
3. Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurized environment.
4. Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels of responsibility.
5. Financial and budgeting knowledge.
6. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good command of Arabic and English language.
8. Proficient with computer usage of Microsoft office.
9. Problem solving skills.
10. Planning and analytical skills.
Working conditions : 20 working days + 10 days off
