Description – Oversee operational files and related financial accounting.
– Manage Division cash control.
– Ensure daily process a control in place for Freight Forwarding operations linked to Accounting files.
– Control Petty cash – with weekly analysis.
– Ensure cost accurate allocation.
– monthly closing for A/R and A/P.
– Income Statement analysis by division and by Product.
– ERP basic Knowledge.
Qualifications – Excel – Word – PowerPoint – Good in English – Freight Forwarding – (Cargo) background is a must
