Senior IT Help-desk is urgently needed for a reputable mobile distribution company , located in Cairo , requirements as below :
-From 3 to 5 years of experience in same job
-Any university graduate
-MCSE certified
Main Tasks:
-Troubleshoot PC’s and laptops and Printers.
-Troubleshoot network devices, Fire wall, routers, switches, Access points and Camera systems.
-Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
-Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
-Install and Manage windows clients and Vmware.
-Manage infrastructure system including ( AD, DNS, DHCP, file server).
-Support for LANs, WANs, VLANs, VPN ,Routing, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
– Manage e-mail (POP3 , IMAP)
