Description HR Administration ensure high performance within the HR department by: Undertaking HR duties delegated by the HR & Administration Manager. Recruitment : Screen Cvs, candidates & conduct initial interviews. Arrange technical interview with the technical manager. Arrange induction program for new comers in coordination with all departments to get introduced to the company business nature. Dispatch offer packs as and when required assuring all relevant content is enclosed. Employee Contracts: Produce and provide contracts of employment, job descriptions and employee handbooks. Keep up to date with current employee law legislation. Ensure that all the necessary information is contained within the contracts of employment and employee handbooks. Ensure that all documentation connected to the staff changes recorded on the HR Database and filed appropriately. Disciplinary, Grievance and Appeals: Liaise with HR & Administration Manager on all disciplinary and grievance issues. Medicals, Vaccinations and Drug Tests , assure that all employee medical needs are met. Arrange with Health insurer for the medical insurance services to be available for all employees. Assist in developing policies & procedures in line with company procedures, policies and Egyptian labour law. Prepare training plans. Ensuring that all relevant training certificates are up-to-date and arrange refresher Trainings as required. Salary & pay roll: Coordinate with Finance department in preparing the monthly payroll.
Qualifications Bachelors degree. HR Diploma is preferable.
