Job Description:
• Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues.
• Network and Hardware technical support and assistant (Testing and fixing faulty equipment).
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other systems
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
• Maintain daily performance of computer, printers and phone systems
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Train new comers and introduce them to the information technology systems and procedure.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Education major: Computer Science
Experience: 2- 4 Years.
