Job Description:
– Present real estate properties in the best light to promote sales based on each client’s needs – Achieving individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management – Completing all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property – Providing regular written & oral feedback to managers on market indicators and buyers interest – Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective communication with other related businesses and colleagues – Ensuring that potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movement and industry trends – Assist when required in preparing and providing various sales reports for the sales manager -Maintaining and improving relationships with the customers -Maintaining necessary data and complete paperwork for the sale and records for future references – Maintaining a well-groomed and business like appearance.
Job Requirement:
1- BSC. Of Business or any related field.
2-Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field with dealing with customers A+.
3-Possess Persuasive skills – Negotiation skills – Self Confidence -Active listening.
4- Possess communication skills & excellent command of English is a must
5- Presentable, Dynamic and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
