Job description:
-Handles British customer’s inquiries and complaints.
-Provides customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1) Graduates and undergraduates who are flexible to work 10 hours per day.
2) Fluent English is a Must.
3) Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
4) Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week and 2 days off)
