•Responsible for creating and follow up for the social media (Facebook/Twitter and LinkedIn).
•Examines customer requests for service or complaint and ensures problem/service solved in a timely manner.
•Organizes and attends events and exhibitions.
•Conduct market research before producing new products, these researches include (No. of Competitors and their market shares in different geographical areas, products features, prices, promotions & distributions channels).
•Monitors competitor activity and propose counter actions/response.
•Creating promotional materials for new product.
•Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaigns.
•Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data for new products.
•Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.
•Arrange with media agencies for different activities.
•Writing the website content.
•Responsible for the website updates in the digital media.
•Responsible for outdoor activities.
•To perform other related duties as required.
