Job spec / Skills:
Ability to maintain strong customer relationship and demonstrate strong customer focus.
Understanding and achieving sales targets
New sales prospecting skills
Closing skills as well as presentation and public speaking skills are essential
Conducting market research to develop prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential
Working closely with marketing, sales management, accounting
Creating and managing a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value, industry drivers and opportunities
Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/market segment
Experience:
1-2 years Previous sales experience in Real Estate Market
– Strong communication skills
– Desire to collaborate with a team
