Description: 1- Regulation of the tender phase for the procurement of contractors and (supervision) consultants; in addition to the preparation of tender reports. 2. Cooperation with other governmental entities to ensure the timely delivery of projects. 3. Manage and supervision site activities on construction management level (Civil, Electromechanical, piping, finishing activities and decoration). 4. Builds and prepare a team of qualified, well trained, and ready to operate maintenance technicians. 5. Supervise site staff and assure the timely and economically execution of the project. 6. Monitoring progress onsite and coordination with the main contractor (and subcontractors). 7. Submits progress reports; on weekly and monthly basis, including project’ schedules. 8. Coordination with other department’ team within the company (Purchasing, Maintenance, Purchasing…etc) on all issues related to site works starting from mobilization. 9. Reviews and familiarizes with the contract, specifications, drawings, standards, codes and local regulations. 10. All project close-out including: finalizing all payments certificates and invoices, warranty information, system information.
