Description — – Assessing product specifications and customer requirements — – Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary — – Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters — – Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP. — – Discuss the all problems happened the day before and what corrective actions taken and if there were effective or not in morning meeting. — – Reviewing and assessing appropriateness of document changes in accordance with internal procedures — – Reviewing and assessing change control, validation and qualification documents — – Contributing to CAPA and NCR System, including reviewing adequacy of root cause, corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness- Reviewing and owning CAPA records – Developing and implementing quality system processes from a site level perspective. – Being engaged in maintaining the calibration requirements and the distribution of all measuring equipment. – Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
Qualifications 1. Qualifications: • Education Degree: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Food Science • Years of Experience : Three – Five years experience in field, quality assurance, or production facility quality control • Field of Experience : Food
