Description -Conducting regular investigations to guarantee that workers follow safety procedures as required – Conducting quality audits as required to ensure compliance with GMPs, Quality standards, and sterility regulations throughout the field – Handling the pharmaceutical tailing waste according to the set rules and procedures in this regard – Carrying out material sampling as needed to conduct QA audits, checking samples conformity and taking decisions (Batch Release) of samples acceptance – Performing pre and post-production quality checks and providing related reports accordingly – Carrying out the issuance and weighing process of raw materials to guarantee conformity of specifications to quality standards, approving release of materials to production, as well as ensuring compliance of raw material storage with regulatory guidelines – Ensuring compliance of plant conditions (Humidity, Temperature,..etc) with set guidelines – Checking machine conformity to standards as well as ensuring periodic maintenance implementation – Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
Qualifications B.Sc of pharmacy or science. Good Analysis & Troubleshooting skills

Description Coordinating Hikma Egypt plant maintenance operations while ensuring execution of activities in an efficient, safe and timely manner and in compliance with rules and regulations. In addition to reviewing the operation of plants equipment and systems constantly, in order to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities of improvement. – Planning and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance measures on Plant machinery and equipment to assure safety and compliance with rules and regulations – Supervising & planning the required qualifications tests for the Plant machines and systems. – Tracking and analyzing key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and maintenance costs – Planning, Coordinate & conducting the maintenance activities and urgent repair orders, and advising on equipment status and operational condition – Providing and producing periodic reports on operational cost and condition of equipment as needed – Assessing all repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spare parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with Purchasing function – Recommending improvements or replacements of production machines – Ensuring that all equipment is maintained, repaired, returned and re-installed to production status and that all safety procedures are followed properly – Distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures – Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Maintenance function – Updating plants maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to best practices – Initiating plants maintenance program based on best practices in the pharmaceutical industry – Supporting maintenance activities, and reviewing equipment state and operational condition in order to minimize unplanned downtime.
Qualifications B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
