Age from 22 to 30 maximum for agent
high grade , Good English .
Very good Presentation Skills.
Attract new clients (Visits, Calls, Emails…)
Maintain the current Clients by continuous Follow up (Visits, Calls, Emails…)
Some persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Self- Confidence & Very good communication skills.
Problems solving and ability to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of sales Procedures which includes:
Customer selection
Customer categorizing
Following-up with the customer till signing the contract and Deal closing.
Following-up old customers to offer them by any new service and products.
Basic salary + Commission
Social and medical insurance policy
Years of Experience
1 year at sales or 2 years at call center.
