Technical Support Agent as full time job – 6 days working per week except Friday
Job Duties:
* Responsible of IT Unit as computer troubleshooting and ADSL Installation
* Handling all customer’s technical inquires
* Support Technician ADSL in their out-door visits
Skills Needed:
* Very-good technical knowledge “Computer Troubleshooting – ADSL Installation and configuration – ADSL Problems”
* Very good communication skills and team-work player
*Good command of English and office knowledge
Qualifications:
*Age max 30 years old
*Male only
*Maximum experience in same field 0-1 year
*Applicant should be Cairo Resident
Job Package include: Basic Salary + KPIS + Bonus and Social Insurance with package starting from
950 – 1150 EGP per month.
Benefits: Annual Contract – Paid Training Period and Fixed Working Hours with average 8 hours and half
