Technical Support Agent as full time job – 6 days working per week except Friday
Salary : Negotiable
Job Duties :
* Responsible of IT Unit as computer troubleshooting and ADSL Installation
* Handling all customer’s technical inquires
* Support Technician ADSL in their out-door visits
Skills Needed :
* very-good technical knowledge ” Computer Trobleshooting – ADSL Installation and configuration – ADSL Problems”
* Very good communication skills and team-work player
*Good command of English and oofice knowledge
* Age max 30 years old – both female / male
* Maximum experience in same field 0-1 year
Job Package include : Basic Salary + KPIS + Bonus and Social Insurance
Benefits : Annual Contract – Paid Training Period and Fixed Working Hours with average 8 hours and half
