Foreign Purchasing Specialist
is Required for one of Biggest Companies in Egypt
Duties:
Reporting directly to Planning & Follow up Director

Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers
Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain
Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts
Preparing & processing purchase orders
Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues
Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships
Understanding Incoterms 2000 & Incoterm 2010 (plus)
Tracking shipments from the Port of loading to the destination port (Plus)
Skills:
A hardworking, pro-active purchasing Specialist with an upbeat and positive attitude, who is looking for an opportunity to make a big difference in a business that, is moving forward
Have strong oral and written communication skills
Good judgment and decision making
Computer Skills:
MS office (excel)
Internet
Knowledge of Oracle would be a plus
Qualification
0 – 2 years of experience
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Languages:
Intermediate in English
