Operations Support Engineer – SharePoint with either “Administrator or Development Skills” is urgently needed.
Job Summary:
To operate and provide a second line SharePoint support, where candidates must have good troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications:
• Graduation Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering – B.Sc. Computer Science.
• The candidates should have 3 years of experience in the IT field including at least 1 year of experience in SharePoint as an administrator or developer.
Work Conditions:
• Working according to the German calendar (Mon- Friday) – Saturdays & Sundays are off.
• Shift Basis to cover from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM German Time (Only 8.5 hours to cover the previously mentioned working hours)
• Working during Egyptian National Holidays & vacations
• Working On-Call basis to cover high severity cases (service outage/degradation) that occur during off-business hours.
