Recruitment Specialist is urgently required for an FMCG company.
Experience from 2-3 years.
Excellent in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing), and Microsoft office applications.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
*Managing the recruitment functions through maintaining the relation with different recruitment sources, agencies (online and offline), universities, job fairs and other pools.
*Screening the received CVs according to the Job description for each vacancy.
*Conducting HR interviews and decides for the technical interview, or rejection.
*Conducting exit interviews and make analysis for turnover reasons.
*Periodically working on new and nontraditional ideas to attract candidates to join the company, and retain people.
