Accounting officer job in Egypt, August2013

NEEDED FOR PET. SEVICES CO.: ACCOUNTING OFFICER

§ 5-6 years experience

§ Good command of English written and spoken and computer skills (word, excel, etc.)

§ Preferably living in Heliopolis, Nasr city

§ Directly responsible for accounts performance of the company and ensure satisfactory achievement of the following company tasks:

§ The preparation and recording of all financial transaction of the company.

§ The maintenance of the detailed (computer-based and resident accounting records) in accordance with international accounting standards and to the complete requirements of the Egyptian statue.

§ Preparing monthly & accumulated financial treasury reports.

§ Preparing monthly & accumulated Income Statement report and compare it with the budget & the monthly forecasting.

§ The preparation and processing of all company payments.

§ Assist in preparing of the yearly company budget.

§ Directly responsible to General Manager for accounts performance

§ Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.

§ The processing of all required tax statements in accordance with local status.

§ Responsible for entering suppliers accounts

§ The petty cash and maintain the proper cash records.

§ Responsible for external clients accounts.

§ Audit the Pro-forma invoice & check it with the purchase order & the price list & production order

§ Prepare sales tax, income tax, withholding tax reports

§ Responsible for pricing calculation and stock control

§ Responsible for Accounts Payables & receivables.
