Management Consultancy International (MCI) is a multi-award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in the Sydney CBD providing an extensive range of Customised Development Solutions, Government Funded Qualifications and Online Training options.

We have received 15 awards in the past 5 years including two key awards in 2012: AHRI HR Service Provider of the Year and 25 on the BRW List of Most Innovative Companies in Australia.


In the last 12 months we have experienced a huge amount of growth across our well established and well known client base in Australia and the Asia Pacific from industries such as Telecommunications, Construction, Engineering, Recruitment, Government and Manufacturing. We offer accreddited and non-accredited management, customer service, project management, business services, retail, and finance courses in a face-to-face, eLearning. or virtual delivery mode. We also have access to government funding such as SSP, Traineeships and now VET FEE HELP.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate account executive ready for their next challenge!
The role offers a competitive remuneration package and an uncapped commission structure, with OTT earning potential of over 120K+!

THE ROLE
As a MCI National Account Executive you will be part of a growing team required to:

Develop and hunt for new business opportunities (B2B primarily)
Account management of existing / new clients
Working with the team to develop new strategies to meet client and market’s training and education needs
Selling learning and development solutions both online and face to face to large sized corporate and SME’s across various industries in Australia and the Asia Pacific
Developing a strong product knowledge across our market leading development programs (accredited and non-accredited) to support the client as a consultant, not just a sales person
Leveraging off and keeping up to date the Management Consultancy International CRM system
