Experience and Qualifications:
• Languages: Fluent in English Written and spoken
• Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or Computer Engineer.
• Experience: Min. 2 Years of Microsoft products consultancy.
Job Responsibilities :
• Presales Management
o Performs a technical presentation and demo of all Microsoft Products.
o Describes Microsoft products and how they integrate with 3rd party technologies.
o Prepares and delivers solution based product presentations to customers.
o Adjusts technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.
o Analyzes RFPs/RFIs.
o Develops proposals that address customers’ / prospects’ needs.
o Defines project scope based on customers’ / prospects’ needs.
o Accurately sizes projects based the define scope.
o Develops standard financial proposals.
o Develops the required technical and product solution based collaterals.
o Develops pilots using Microsoft’s products as a proof of concept.
o Gives Microsoft Products Training. “Optional”
o Handles a request for a demo or presentation without the need of any higher management assistance.
o Performs a detailed competitive analysis.
• Customer Relation Management
o Gives internal Microsoft products knowledge transfer sessions.
o Handles most customer meetings without the assistance of other staff.
o Handles customer objections by determining the real business problem, articulating our ability to solve their problems, and finding creative solutions rather than answering “no”.
• Communication management
o Reports accurate tasks status in timely manner to direct supervisor.
o Escalates the critical issues to the direct manager in timely manner and recommends corrective actions.
• Time Management
o Sticks to assigned tasks deadlines.
• Team Work
o Provides advice, guidance and training to less senior resources.
• Self-Development
o Maintains technical competence and keeps up-to-date with the latest technological trends.
o Always updates personal capabilities.
• Contribution in Organization Development
o Complies with the Company rules and regulations.
o Complies with the company policies regarding security of information, safety, quality standards and business conduct standards.
o Participates in all company activities, surveys…etc.
• Other functions
o Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager
