Qualifications and knowledge:
· Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and environment.
· Excellent knowledge in Adobe CS4 Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator + Flash) or later versions.
· Excellent knowledge in HTML, XHTML CSS and their integration to deploy web pages.
· Use of Dreamweaver or Visual Studio 2005 as a code editing environment.
· JavaScript & Action scripting is a plus.
· Multi-tasking; ability to work on more than one design brief at a time adhere to task deadlines.
· Motivation to work in web design, creativity, fast learning, willingness to acquire knowledge and learn new techniques.
• Fluency in both English & Arabic languages.
Main Duties:
• Design Web graphics needed for Shabakah Net such as: newsletters, email signature, advertising banners, etc.
• Design Print graphics needed for Shabakah Net such as: business cards, flayers, ID cards etc.
• Produce creative design layouts for clients websites from scratch according to the customers’ business objectives and requirements.
• Carrying out the graphic design into HTML and CSS efficiently.
• Design Flash banner needed in the site.
• Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions.
