A leading company looking to hire Account Manager – Female :
Job Description
Create and implement strategic and tactical account plans aimed at achieving the company revenue & profit objectives – updated quarterly.
Monitor account performance vs. account plan and redirect efforts when goals are not being met.
Liaise with the team to provide accurate forecasts including risks and opportunities – monthly.
Conduct high-impact presentations and proposals with decision makers including senior-level management of vendors.
Work collaboratively with the Sales teams to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation that is aligned with sales goals .
Utilize creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to proactively develop new ideas and/or creative sales programs to stimulate customer interest and demand, resulting in new approaches to prospecting and lead generation
Work directly with leadership colleagues to develop strategic and tactical business plans cross-functionally and cross-divisionally that drive business growth.
Follow up and supervise the execution of governmental and private procurement contracts.
Monthly performance reviews of sales team for each vendor.
Quarterly business review plan.
Documentation for all MOH contracts along with procurements docs
Sales Tasks :
Calculating client quotations
Analyzing costs and sales
Preparing reports for head office.
Coordinating sales projects
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Solving client problems
Skills
Welling to travel outside Jordan
Excellent English Language
Experience should be at Health care Field and in Senior Level
Reporting Skills , Attention to Detail , Deadline-Oriented and Reporting Research Results
Confidentiality and Time Management
Excellent computer & office skills
Good knowledge of SAP / ERP System
Education
Bachelor Degree in Biomedical engineer/Chemical/ pharmacist or Biology
