Customer Care Agent:
Location: Cairo – El Gouna
Job Description:
• Build a good rapport with Clients face to face also.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
Job Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Appearance.
• Very good in English.
• Customer service experience is preferred but is not required.
