A well-known & reputable Saudi travel agency needs to hire the following position
for it’s branch in Egypt:-
Senior Travel counselor:
Will be responsible for overseeing, directing the staff and helping to provide a full international consulting service to clients
Main tasks:
– Understand call center system & technologies and identify new technology to support data management
– Review and issuing all daily tickets according to call to be sure of procedures and quick discovery for agent errors
-Making Exchanges, refunds and solve all problems that may face customer till end of their trips which can’t solved by agent
– Analyze team and individual statistics, prepared reports, devised and implemented incentive programs to improve metrics while maintaining quality
Experience:
2 years minimum in in travel industry in the same position.
Prefer previous experience Call center environment and communications systems
Should have experience into Visa, travel Policy.
Skills:
Ability to work under pressure& Multi-Tasking.
