About the Job
- Receiving all visa requests either from direct clients or internally from outgoing department
- Oversee all aspects of the Visa Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly
- Inform the client about all needed documents which should be provided ,in addition to revising it properly
- Filling visa applications and booking appointments and interviews in different embassies
- Submission of passport and visa applications to embassies/consulates.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, to confirm that everything is done before the interview date
- Provide regular follow up on all inquiries.
- Make good relations with Embassies.
- Pro-actively monitoring changes to VISA regulations/ changes to avoid mishandling
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Should have strong knowledge about Rules & Regulations of Middle east , far east and European visas
- 1+ years’ experience in passport and visa processing is preferred
- An ability to communicate effectively with embassies’ staff and clients.
- Attention to Details
- Must have Good understanding of Visa application process & documentation requirements
- Maintain good contacts with Embassies staff
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
