Urgently need CEO Assistant
Employer : Egypt Care
location: Nasr City
Core : Medical systems
Required Experience : +3 Years
Maintain the filing system and file all correspondence, internal reports, offers.
Provide word-processing, secretarial support as required.
Performs internal memos.

Performs typing and transcription duties as required.
Compose, receive, direct and correspond fax messages.
Compose reports and e-mail correspondences.
Handling the CEO bank accounts, monthly invoices and any other relevant tasks.
Provide administrative support to Chairman and management team from time to time.
Dealing with suppliers companies (e-mail correspondences, purchases orders, Proforma invoices, commercial invoices, price lists, packing lists and price quotations ).
Google the internet for new products, ideas and make reports about.
Follow up with media (newspapers, T.V / Radio channels agencies and advertising companies).
Performs and organizing the company media archive.
Arrange hotel booking, accommodations and the company annual hotels corporate contracts.
Handle travel reservations and procedures.
Planning preparations and organize the company events (Company annual conference, reception parties, new products launch, Ramadan Iftar/Sohour and employees incentive trips).
Arrange the Management Team weekly/monthly meetings, record minutes; ensure to send a copy for all.
