Market Researcher
A new Real Estate magazine is searching for a Researcher to help build and maintain its data bank.
Responsibilities include:
• Collect and analyze data from various online and offline sources.
• Follow-up with writers, reporters, and management to ensure that all relevant information is fed into the data bank.
• Daily scan news material prepared by the editorial team to update data bank.
• Liaise with research centers and partners to help ensure the magazine obtains the latest most accurate figures.
• Build a system for data collecting and sorting.
• Assist the editorial team in collecting needed information for each issue.
• Prepare and conduct qualitative or quantitative surveys.
• Analyze and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions.
• Present monthly summaries to management on available data.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for Editor-in-Chief.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a research center.
• Previous experience in field research.
• Previous experience managing a data bank.
• Editorial experience is a plus.
