Job Position: IT – Associate Network Administrator
Job Description:
• Working technical knowledge in IP, WAN, LAN, VPN connectivity
• Working experience with VOIP technology
• 1st level support for all network related user problems
Duties:
• Administration of network components according to corporate strategies.
• Cisco Switches Administration
• Cisco Routers Administration
• Cisco Call Manger Administration
• Cisco Voice Gateways Administration
• Working knowledge of IPCC Servers Administration
• Monitoring PRI, SDSL. … connection
• Respond to users Tickets and requests
• Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines
• Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
• Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
• Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed
• CCNA /CCNA Voice is A MUST!
• BSC of engineering or computer science is a must
Requirements:
• Age: From 25 to 28
• Males Only
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Educational Level: Bachelor of Information System
• Very Good command of English
• Availability to start: January 2016
• Salary: Negotiable
