“Sales Account Managers”
Position Summary:
The Sales Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to create and to develop ongoing business relationships with our business client’s.

Functional Description:
The Sales Account Manager responsibilities include the following functions.

1) Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan.
2) Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information
on a regular basis to Senior Management.
3) Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for those accounts and
Territories assigned. Work with Sales Support Engineers on all technical issues.

Skills:

· Good spoken and written in English
· Good presentation and negotiation skills
· High level of Confidence.
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
· The ability to motivate a team
· A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
· A professional manner
· Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
· Managing a portfolio of accounts
· Dealing with all aspects of a campaign
· Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
· Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
· Building a ‘territory’
· Achieving sales targets
· Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
· Completing administrative work, as required.
